All terms and conditions below apply to all who submit payment for booking any service.

• I made a payment of $48.99 plus taxes and fees for a pickup of laundry at the correctly provided address to be washed, dried, folded and delivered.
• I agree to place laundry on doorstep or other pre-arranged safe location before the scheduled pickup start time.
• I acknowledge that I will be sent a balance due by a secured payment link via email or text if my laundry weighs more than 20.00 lbs. 
• I agree to pay the balance due immediately to have my clean folded laundry returned to the same correctly provided address.
• I agree to pay $2.10 per (1) lb. after the first 20.00 lbs. plus taxes and fees.
• I acknowledge that any stains on linens or clothing is my own responsibility of damage and may not fully be treated during the washing process.
• I acknowledge items needing to be pressed, hung on hangers or dry cleaned are not accepted at this time.  
• I agree to no refunds for any type or reasons.
