Our starting price is $48.99. This includes the pickup, washing with detergent of your choice, drying, folding and delivery for loads up to 20lbs. Each additional (1) lb. of laundry is $2.20. Our technician will weigh and record the laundry's weight before washing and will send a secured payment link via text and or email with balance due if over the 20lbs.

Typically, a full laundry basket will weigh between 10 to 25 pounds. A full laundry basket can have a lot of variation based on the size of the basket and the type of clothes that are in it.  Using a home scale can be helpful to determine what you will be charged.

There is no limit.  We will gladly service as much needed.

We do not pickup or deliver at an exact time requested. We have multiple pickup days per week to select from with a given estimate of pickup and delivery time. 

We ask to please place your dirty laundry in a bag or any container outside by door or other safe location before your scheduled pickup time starts. All pickups are contactless, so no need to be home to answer door. Our trusty driver will be there within the scheduled time frame to grab and place laundry into our own marked bags, load into vehicle and transport to washing facility.

We offer regular laundry machine washable and linens to service. Sheets, t-shirts, jeans, shorts, socks ect. We do not offer ironing, steaming or hanging up of items such as dresses, business suits for example.

All clothes are washed on cold and dried between a low to medium temperature to keep fabric bright and in wonderful condition.

It is not guaranteed, but we will attempt our very best to treat the stain. Once a stain occurs on any clothing or other linen a proper stain remover should be applied as soon as you can for best results.  

If any items besides lint or obvious trash are discovered by our laundry technicians, all items will be rightfully returned in a marked bag. 

Once an appointment is booked a cancellation can be made anytime with no refunds.
